Christopher Milnes is a Leeds based Music graduate, who achieved a first class BA (hons) degree in Combined Music from Leeds College of Music. He’s received various awards and scholarships for his music production work, notably The David Thompson Scholarship, and the o2 Think Bigger award, as well as the conservatoire prize at Leeds College of Music.
Chris plays and writes for a number of bands and artists, including Campfires, Loux, and Olivia Naio. He’s toured the UK with bands, and regularly gigs. He’s also part of a production company, Something Productions, who film and record live sessions and music videos for artists.
Chris also works as a sound engineer at The Venue, in Leeds. He has sound engineered for numerous successful artists from all over the world, as well as at Music festivals such as Live at Leeds.
Chris now works regularly as a freelance music producer, and is working on numerous releases, across a variety of music styles. His work has been broadcast on BBC radio 1, BBC Radio 3, and many other radio and TV stations.
He's also a content contributor and writer for magazines including VoiceCouncil magazine, The Mobile musician, Vintage musician, and Music Maker Apps.
